The winners of the 2007 Emmy Awards were announced last night. Let's just say they didn't go how we wanted - House didn't win in any of the 2 categories that it was nominated in. Yet again, Laurie walks away with no Emmy.

In the category he was nominated in, Outstanding Lead Actor In A Drama Series, they gave the award to James Spader of Boston Legal. House had been nominated in the Outstanding Drama Series category, but lost to The Sopranos.

Also, I didn't mention this in my entry on the Creative Emmys, but the other category House was nominated for had been decided as part of those. It was Outstanding Guest Actor In A Drama Series with David Morse (as Michael Tritter) nominated. He lost to John Goodman (as Judge Robert Bebe) on Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip.

Not a great night for House (or the Fox network). But, at least we got the makeup award, right?
