I am sorry to say that I have some disappointing news to share. Due to economic conditions and a general need to focus my time, I have decided to step away from DrGregHouse.com, stop updating the site and, eventually, to take it offline.

I am sorry to have to do this. DrGregHouse.com is one of the earlier fan sites dedicated to House, having launched on June 21, 2005. I'm still the same House fan I was when I launched the site. I watch it religiously and have seen every single episode to date. But, I have decided that, at this time, I enjoy watching the show a little bit more than I enjoy blogging about it and so, as I need to cut down my projects a bit, I have selected this site as one of the one's to step away from.

I plan to leave it open to comments for a little while longer. After I close the comments, the plan is to leave the site online for an undetermined amount of time, so that fans can continue to benefit from it's contents. Eventually, it'll be taken offline.

I will still own the domain name and, who knows, down the road, it is possible I might be interested to starting up another House related site.

There's no way to say this enough, but I did want to say a big thank you to everyone who has visited, read, supported and contributed to DrGregHouse.com. I am sorry to have to close the site and I will miss it.

It's not easy to close a post like this, but I believe that is everything. If you'd like to stay in touch, please check out my personal blog or follow me on Twitter. Thank you, again, for all of the support.

Sincerely,

Patrick

Here are some spoilers from E! Online's Kristin Dos Santos (highlight the box to see them):

Megan: As happy as I am that Cuddy got her Christmas miracle baby, I still want to see some Huddy love. Please tell me that this baby doesn't mean the end for my favorite TV couple.
This baby doesn't mean the end for your favorite TV couple, but the next episode has minimal Huddy, since both of them spend most of the episode at their respective houses: Cuddy's preparing for a social worker who's checking on the baby's welfare, and House is dealing with a plumbing problem. That's not a euphemism though. The man's got problems with his pipes!

Mary in Epping, N.H.: Any dish on Foreteen? They're really growing on me.
The final scene of the next episode is Foreteen-centric, and it will knock you back on your heels. After you gasp, you'll spend the rest of the night tying yourself into ethical knots. It's a very nicely developed plot twist, and it adds a layer to Foreteen that gets them up to Sixteen or Seventeen at least! Let's just say that Foreman has to make a choice that will either jeopardize his career or her life/health, so it ain't sweet and simple.

Variety has a 5 question interview with House executive producer Katie Jacobs. Here's one of the questions:

Q. Will we ever hear more about Wilson’s long-lost brother? — Mindy
A. Yes, we will hear more about Wilson’s brother. We have established him as homeless but we will reveal more about him before the end of this season.

Empire has the story.

A fine actress who also happens to be astonishingly beautiful, it was only a matter of time before Hollywood noticed the charms of the 24 year-old. And, lo and behold, today brings word that she's bagged the female lead in TR2N (or, depending on what you read, Tron 2.0), the eagerly-awaited sequel to Tron.

EW.com's Michael Ausiello has some House spoilers for when House returns in January. (Highlight the text boxes below for some details).

Question: Is it true that Cuddy is going to ask Cameron to take over her job on House? That would be awesome, if only because it probably means we'll see more of Cameron. -- Tommy
Ausiello: Yes, it's true. But offering is very different from accepting. And accepting is very different from maintaining. And maintaining is very different from... um… where was I going with this?

Question: Enough with Snoreteen already! What other House scoop do you have?! -- Anna
Ausiello: Hugh Laurie. Partially naked. Jan. 19. Save the date.

Question: A bunch of us House fans are debating whose bathroom House is in when he takes a bath in the Jan. 19 episode. Based on the promo Fox aired at the end of last week's episode, I think it Cuddy's bathroom. Others, however, think it's either Wilson's or House's. Who's right? -- Erin
Ausiello: The "Others" win! The bathroom is most definitely House's. In related news, I worry about you and your friends, Erin.

Question: Will Cuddy's happiness with the baby last, or is there more heartbreak looming? -- Naomi
Ausiello: Things will get worse before they get better. Let's just say Cuddy's maternal instincts don't kick in immediately, and it freaks her out a little.

As I reminder, I thought I would mention that there is no new House tonight. It'll be a repeat of the episode where Wilson resigns from the hospital, following Amber's death. New episodes will return on January 9.

Kristin Dos Santos of E! Online has a relatively short interview, of sorts, with Jesse Spencer. She notes that he may have been a little inebriated or, perhaps, he was just having fun with her. Who knows. It's a little awkward, I think, either way. Read the ending and you'll see what I mean.
