Generally, we don't tag stuff that House or the cast/crew releases as a spoiler, but ... this seems to be a little more than some would want to know. So, since it's not widely out there, I'm going to tag it as such. From Watch with Kristin:

Jesse Spencer, thank heaven, actually spilled some details, telling K.G., “House spends the first episode without anyone there—he doesn't have a team, and it takes quite a few episodes for us to come back. And I'm actually hired back by Cuddy, so now I'm not under House anymore. That adds new weight to the characters. I'm in a different position, and House has to come to me if he's got something he needs.”

Does this mean House can't harass Chase quite as much? "Oh, I don't think so!"

From BostonHerald.com:

“If I think about it, I will obsess over it,” said the British actor, who was nominated for the series in 2005. “If I obsess, it will not be good.” ...

What does he expect to hear when the envelope is opened?

“And the winner is . . . James Gandolfini,” he deadpanned.

Over the last couple of days, Fox held a press event in Santa Monica and Beverly Hills, CA to promote the upcoming show premiers on the network. They revealed more information as far as what will be happening with the cast. From USA Today:

When we left House at the end of its third season, one of his doctors quit and two others were fired, leaving some to question what the irascible doctor would do next season.

"Fans are really anxious and nervous and angry at us for the season closer," says executive producer Katie Jacobs. Fear not: "Everybody is back eventually, having changed and in different capacities."

In fact, Omar Epps, Jesse Spencer and Jennifer Morrison appeared before TV critics Monday. "Things will never be the same," says Spencer, who is engaged to Morrison. "I'm going to be moving into a different area, Jen will as well, and that's going to change the energy and chemistry of the show." (Epps' Dr. Foreman will move to another hospital for a while.)

Jon Lachonis says that House will attempt to go on without a team, but Cuddy will convince him to do otherwise.

E! News also reports that Edi Gathegi will be joining the cast.

HELLO! has an article on Hugh Laurie and his motorcycle.

By his own admission British actor Hugh Laurie may not talk, walk or think like his on-screen persona, crabby Doctor Gregory House. But one interest he does have in common with the hit medic - a passion for motorbikes - was catching eyes this week as he zoomed off after a meeting in LA. While the dishy medical maverick loves his flashy Honda Repsol Limited Edition sports bike, 48-year-old Hugh is clearly in his element on his own classic model - a Triumph Bonneville.

Entertainment Weekly has a nice interview with Robert Sean Leonard:

What's impressive about your acting on House is that you could so easily be the always-perturbed guy going, "Hou-ouse!" But you manage to make it understandable why these two would be friends.
I feel like that guy all the time. I always feel like, everyone on every television show is tired of something with their character. What I like about Law & Order is it's kind of the same every week. That's what TV is. Someone once explained to me the difference between a procedural show and a character-driven show: they were talking about Law & Order when Elizabeth Rohm was on. He said, ''I can explain to you what it is in one question: Do you care if Sam Waterston sleeps with Elizabeth Rohm?'' I said, ''No, not really.'' And he said, ''It's a procedural.'' And he was right. If Sam Waterston's character slept with Elizabeth Rohm's character, I honestly wouldn't want to know about it. I'm much more interested in getting back to the crime. I think House is a weird combination. That might be one of the reason it works on some level. I don't know any other show that's both. It really is both. It's not Grey's Anatomy, it's not a nighttime soap. It is a procedural. There is a sausage-grinder of a routine we go through every week. There are four acts, or three. Something's wrong, we get it wrong, we get it wrong, we get it wrong, and then at 9:47, we get it right. It's clearly a procedural show, but the characters are pretty interesting for a procedure. I'm the guy who's always telling him what he's doing wrong. I feel a little bit like the frustrated wife or something. But these two guys are very mysterious to me, their relationship is very weird. Maybe that's one of the reasons it works. I like Hugh a lot ,and I love what he does on the show. I feel quite peripheral to it sometimes, and that might be another reason it works. I just come in and check things out every few scenes.

Neal Justin makes the case:

Omar Epps, "House" (Fox): Working with Hugh Laurie on this series must be similar to biking on a team led by Lance Armstrong. In either case, you're likely to get lost in the back draft. But Epps, as Eric Foreman, has managed to hold his own, a medical miracle if we've ever seen one.
