Band From TV (including Hugh Laurie) will be performing after an Orange County (Fullerton, CA) Flyers on July 21. From their site:

Sat July 21 6:05 PM BAND FROM TV!

Huh? What is BAND FROM TV you ask? It is literally a BAND from TV!! That's right, the Flyers own James Denton, plus Hugh Laurie (TV Show House - he is Dr. House), Bob "The Bachelor' Guiney, Greg Grunberg "Heroes", and many others will perform a post-game concert for charity. These guys are good, and you won't want to miss this!

It looks like you can buy tickets for the game that day and the concert together or just for the concert ($20).

From Michael Ausiello:

Question: There's been a lack of House spoilers lately. Think you can give me a tiny glimpse into Season 4?— Sara
Ausiello: New details are emerging about the four new underlings joining House's crew who I first told you about last week. Of the two women, one is described as being in her thirties and "mysterious," while the other is in her twenties and a "real go-getter." The dudes, meanwhile, consist of a plastic surgeon in his thirties and a possibly single dad in his early forties. Also, two of the characters will be on for multi-episode arcs, and the other two will stick around as series regulars.

As he mentioned, last week he mentioned another cast related spoiler.

From Michael Ausiello:

Question: Now that Gilmore Girls and Veronica Mars are over, I've directed all of my attention to House. Got scoop?— Alison

Ausiello: It's official: Replacements are being sought for Foreman, Chase and Cameron! Producers will be introducing four new underlings — two male, two female — at the start of the new season. But before you freak out, keep in mind what I've been telling you every week for the past month: It's my understanding that Jennifer Morrison, Jesse Spencer and Omar Epps all will be returning, making for one very crowded canvas.

From The Hollywood Reporter:

The movie, produced by Working Title Television, is a fictionalized account of the book by Noel Botham, which theorized that the Paris tunnel car crash that claimed the lives of the Princess of Wales, her companion Dodi Fayed and their chauffeur Henri Paul was a conspiracy. Morrison will play an American journalist who witnesses the crash and starts her own investigation after becoming suspicious about the official version of the events surrounding Diana's death.

The movie will be shown on Lifetime.

From The Hollywood Reporter:

At least that is the viewpoint of noted international production consultant Katrina Wood, founder and CEO of Los Angeles- and London-based media firm MediaXchange. But her point is well illustrated by the fact that the Princess Anne Theater at the British Academy of Film and Television and Arts in London is booked for a conference Thursday that features a bevy of leading U.S. showrunners, including David Shore, creator/executive producer/showrunner of "House."

From The Hollywood Reporter:

Cited in the 60-minute TV category, which bestows a $15,000 prize, were "ER" writers R. Scott Gemmill & David Zabel for the episode "There Are No Angels Here" and "House" writer Doris Egan for the episode titled "House vs. God." They will vie with Eli Attie & John Wells for the "Election Day -- Part II" episode of NBC's "The West Wing."

You might recall that David Shore was up for the same award in 2005 and 2006, winning last year. So, if Ms. Egan wins, that'll be back to back wins for House.

The Envelope has an interview with Hugh Laurie:

"I don't talk like House, or walk like him," Laurie says, settling into a chair on the set of Dr. Cuddy's office after wrapping production for the day. "I certainly don't think like him. I don't like to think for more than 15 minutes at a stretch actually; I am a fragile flower."

David Shore (May 24, 2007 4:44:01 PM) Basic answer is that we are genius!
